Ooh my head…
October 20th, 2010 by admin No comments »Sometimes even the fun things in life like writing make my head spin. Not because it’ is difficult, or tedious or anything like that, no it is because I get myself wound up about getting some writing done. I worry about how much I’ve written, about how long the book will be, can I get done before anyone disturbs me and so on, but I never have a problem with story or direction or any normal writing issues.
Why is it then, that I cannot even keep a blog up to date? Am I alone in this dilemma or is it normal for people to be this way? Answers on a postcard, ah no, we have a contact form nowadays, not that anyone has bothered to use it. So therein lies another quandary: are the visitors to this site real or ethereal? Is an endless stream of bots just scouring the site to see if anything has been updated? The stats say it is a mixture though no one responds not even to the offer of a free book.

Now there’s a surprise

I’m using it use up and vent all of the things that I don’t want creeping into The One Saga. So it will be a more streamlined cast, dark humoured and fast paced (possibly) any way, I’ve put the opening up on a new page of its own.
